Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM (noon). Early check-in may be available from 11:00 AM subject to room availability, and late check-out until 3:00 PM can be arranged upon request. For very early arrivals or late departures, we offer luggage storage free of charge so you can explore Aqaba without worrying about your bags.

We offer free cancellation up to 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will be charged one night's room rate. No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount. During peak seasons (December-February and July-August), cancellation policies may differ — our reservations team will inform you of any special terms at the time of booking.

• By Air: Royal Jordanian and other carriers operate daily flights from Queen Alia International Airport (AMM) to King Hussein International Airport (AQJ). Flight time is approximately 45 minutes.
• By Car: The drive from Amman to Aqaba takes approximately 3.5-4 hours via the Desert Highway (330 km) or 4-5 hours via the scenic King's Highway, which passes through historic sites like Kerak Castle and Dana Nature Reserve.
• By Bus: JETT buses operate daily services from Amman to Aqaba. The journey takes approximately 4 hours and costs around JOD 10 one way. Buses depart from the JETT station in Abdali, Amman.

The standard tourist visa costs JOD 40 (approximately $56 USD) and is valid for 30 days. However, if you purchase the Jordan Pass before arrival (starting from JOD 70), the visa fee is waived, and the pass also includes entry to Petra and over 40 other attractions across Jordan — making it excellent value for tourists.
